Bio

Clair attended Eastern Kentucky University and received her Juris Doctor at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan. Upon graduation, Clair and her husband Rob took the summer off and drove around the Western portion of the United States seeing all the beautiful formations this nation has to offer. Clair has two young daughters, and spends her time outside of the law office coaching softball, volunteering at various activities, and volunteering at First Baptist Church in Somerset, Kentucky.

Clair had focused her legal career in helping consumer’s file bankruptcy. She helps consumer debtors file for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. Clair is also a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee in the Eastern District of Kentucky, covering the London and Pikeville Divisions. Clair is passionate about helping individuals and families receive the fresh start financially that they need to succeed.
