At Farmer & Wright, we believe hiring a law firm should come with confidence.
If, within 14 days of signing your engagement agreement, you believe our services are not the right fit, you may request a refund.
Every refund request is reviewed individually and handled fairly, based on the work completed and any costs incurred on your behalf.
Our goal is always to provide exceptional service while ensuring a transparent and reasonable process for every client.
Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change after you retain our firm.
If you request a refund within our 14-day satisfaction period, we will review your request promptly.
In many cases, clients who request a refund during this period receive a full refund. However, if legal services have already been performed or third-party costs have been incurred on your behalf, the refund may be reduced to reflect those services or expenses.
The amount of any refund is determined based on the stage of your matter and the work completed at the time your request is received.
Nothing in this Refund Policy modifies or replaces the terms of your signed engagement agreement. If there is any conflict between this website and your engagement agreement, the engagement agreement will control.
Client Responsibilities
