1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment until your case is filed. If you are not fully satisfied with the services provided within this period, you may request a refund.

2. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, please contact one of our representatives by phone within 30 days of your payment. Our representative will assist you through the process. You will need to provide the following information during the call:

• Your full name and contact details
• A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
• The date of your payment

3. Double Charges or Incorrect Amounts

If you believe you have been double charged or charged an incorrect amount, you must contact us within 24 hours of the transaction. Please call our representative and provide:

• Your full name and contact details
• Details of the charge(s) in question (e.g., transaction amount, date, and any reference number)

4. Refund Review
Once we receive your refund request, one of our attorneys will review it within 72 hours. Additional information may be requested to assist in the review process. This ensures that each request is thoroughly evaluated.

5. Refund Approval and Issuance
If your refund request is approved by our attorney, the refund will be processed and sent to you by mail. Please allow up to five business days for the refund to be mailed to the address provided during the phone call.

6. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for the following:

• Any legal services provided after the 30-day guarantee period.
• Third-party charges, such as court filing fees or other external costs incurred on your behalf.
• Legal work completed or time spent on your case prior to submitting the refund request.
