Abraham Cepeda
Attorney
In law school I interned for the Community Justice Project (CJP) and obtained immigration training at the Hebrew Immigration Aid Society (HIAS) in Philadelphia.
Once I graduated I went to work for CJP a non-profit organization where I headed up their Reading office and was helping immigrants who were victims of crimes, domestic violence and victims of human traffic obtain legal status.
In 2013, I became a partner at CWM Legal where I was helping immigrants with family petitions, employment petitions, asylum and representation in immigration court.
Towards the end of 2014 I started Cultura Law Llc where I did all types of immigration representation, criminal defense, real estate and corporate formation.
I have always been involved in the community. I started a community organization which helped immigrant students obtain funding and grants for their college education, advocated for immigrant rights and coordinated mass citizenship days.
I was also a member of the president reading school board, and vice president on the board of the Daniel Torres Hispanic Center a non profit organization helping migrants and the elderly in Reading Pa.
